Interpersonal Violence and Sexual Assault

UNC Charlotte is committed to providing support and assistance to students who have experienced forms of sexual and interpersonal misconduct. The Office of Civil Rights and Title IX provides education around  issues of sexual assault, relationship violence, and stalking; thoroughly reviews reports of such matters; and ensures University compliance with federal and state regulations. This office serves an integral role in providing outreach and support to students involved in instances of sexual assault, relationship violence, and stalking. This support often takes the form of referrals for on and off-campus resources, information regarding formal grievance procedures, and assistance with appropriate support and accommodations.
